“Limited edition” gets stuck on anything these days. At LAZARUSLAB it means something specific, and it’s written on every product page.
100 copies, and then it’s over
Every physical print is a limited edition of 100 copies. When the run is sold, the work is gone. The shop’s promise is short: “No reprints. No restocks. No exceptions.”
That’s the point. The pieces come from 30 years of photographs of graffiti walls, architecture and street culture across Europe, South East Asia, Latin America and Africa, cut up and rebuilt as digital collages (read the artist’s story). Making a hundred of each, and no more, keeps every copy part of a small group of owners.
What “Series #1” means. The product pages label each edition “Series #1”. If a piece is especially successful, a second series may be issued with slight modifications. That’s a possibility, not a promise. And it isn’t a reprint: a second series would be a modified work with its own edition, so the 100 copies of Series #1 stay exactly that, 100.
Printed, signed and numbered by the artist
These aren’t sent off to a print-on-demand factory. According to the product pages, each physical print is:
- printed by the artist himself in his Madrid studio;
- sealed, dated, signed and numbered on the back (for example 12/100).
Two papers, two characters
You choose the paper:
- Glossy photographic paper, 200 g/m²: sharp, saturated colour, made for the pop and neon palette.
- Handmade rice paper sourced from Vietnam, approx. 220 g/m²: a softer, more tactile surface.
Sizes are A4 and A3. Canvas in any size is available on commission (start a commission).

Shipping is a flat rate per order (Spain €6.90, EU €14.90, rest of the world €24.90) and free on orders of €110 or more, anywhere. Prints ship from Madrid after 3–5 business days of preparation (shipping policy).
About the digital download: it’s a separate format for printing at home. It isn’t the signed, numbered physical edition described above, and digital downloads do not count toward the 100 copies.
What this means if you collect
- Buy the one you love when you see it. There’s no second chance once the 100 are gone.
- Your number is your number. Each copy is numbered on the back, so yours is identifiable within the run.
- Expect small differences. Each piece is finished by hand, so slight variations in colour and finish between the photos and your print are normal (terms of sale).
- You’re protected. 14-day withdrawal and 30-day returns on physical prints (returns & refunds). If a print arrives damaged, you’ll be offered a replacement if the piece is still available, “many of our editions are limited”, or a full refund.
Right now the shop lists 28 designs available. Each design is its own edition, so availability can change as editions sell out.
